Please fill out the easy to use, private and secure intake form.
Our front desk team is committed to helping you with every aspect of your dental care. From booking appointments, welcoming you upon arrival, answering questions about your dental insurance … they’re focused on ensuring your dental visits are efficient, thorough, comfortable, and easy.
Now that you’re here having a virtual practice tour, we invite you to join us for the real thing! Drop in to meet our team, experience the calm and relaxed atmosphere at Arenson Dental, and familiarize yourself with our premises – our reception room, our kids play area, where our washrooms are located, and where our treatment rooms are. This is especially important if you are anxious about dentistry. Knowing in advance who you’ll meet, where your treatment takes place … the general layout of the land … goes a long way in dissipating anxiety. We’re trained to help you relax so you can get the care you need and want. Please let us know and we will ensure everything is in place to bring you ease.
Treatment coordination considers all the influencers of your dental care to ensure your access to excellent dentistry that maximizes your health is smooth and complete. From general questions about hours and services to more complex ones about your recommended treatment plan or insurance coverage, we want you to ask questions about your treatment plan – a personalized journey of care that is crafted especially for you. Being comfortable with your dental care – both physically and in understanding – is critical to achieving your smile goals. We want the best for you to help you keep your teeth and gums healthy for life!
Meet your doctor, have them examine your teeth and mouth, and review findings by your hygienist with them. With a diagnosis and discussion, your doctor will formulate a customized treatment plan for you, ensuring the best approach for your personalized care plan. You’ll also have the chance to discuss any cosmetic concerns. We will then agree on goals and how best to achieve them … and your treatment plan will solidify. In a relaxed and unrushed atmosphere, you’ll have plenty of time to consider options and ask questions.
When you come to Arenson Dental, you’ll find your hygienist is always committed to helping you achieve optimum health for your smile. And when you see your hygienist regularly, you are investing in your immediate and future oral health and overall health – reducing and even eliminating costly and painful problems. Your first visit with us will take a little longer than your subsequent visits. This is because we take the time really get to know your smile. Your hygienist will examine your gum health, complete an oral cancer check, clean and polish your teeth, and talk about your home care and smile goals. As a patient education expert, they will also invite questions.
At Arenson Dental, in addition to digital x-rays, we use a small pen-sized camera – called an intraoral camera – that we use to show you what we see when we examine your mouth. Used to both check for issues and give us a baseline for future care, all of our diagnostic equipment is digital and set to amount of radiation – as much as 90% less radiation than with old film x-rays.
